RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. RETURNS

1.4. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS UNLESS THE RETURN IS DUE TO A MISTAKE ON OUR PART OR A DEFECTIVE ITEM.

2. REFUNDS

2.1. ONCE YOUR RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.

2.2. IF YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED, THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 3-5 DAYS.

2.3. REFUNDS MAY TAKE SOME TIME TO APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT, DEPENDING ON YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

3. EXCHANGES

3.1. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE, COLOR, OR ITEM, PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER AND INITIATE A RETURN FOR THE ORIGINAL ITEM.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

4.1. IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. WE WILL PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN THE ITEM AND ISSUE A REPLACEMENT OR REFUND.
